How Do I Place An Order?
Hello and Welcome to Pawsitively Refreshing. To place a bulk order such as pocket hugs for wedding favors, please contact us via email: rhondab@pawsitivelyrefreshing.com or call Rhonda at: (905)922-6780. If you like, you can even click the Let's Chat button on the lower right hand side of your screen.
All other orders, you would just click the buy now button, and purchase your gift as you normally would with other websites.
Processing and Shipping Policy Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment. Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next business day. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified in such cases. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free Shipping: Free shipping on all orders over $100 across Canada. Free shipping to Durham Region. Standard Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on location and weight. Shipping Carriers: We use Canada Post and Chit Chats for order delivery. Estimated delivery times: Standard Shipping: Typically 5-10 business days Delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method. Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to Canada only. We do not ship to restricted locations, P.O. boxes, etc. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order through Canada Post or Chit Chats websites. Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at rhondab@pawsitivelyrefreshing.com. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Damaged or Missing Items If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damaged package. We will work with you to provide a replacement or issue a refund as per our return policy.
